Paper Submissions

Welcome to the Paper Submission, where academics and researchers can submit their cutting-edge work to advance scholarly conversation. We welcome submissions from all fields in Guidance and Counseling context, believing that a wide range of viewpoints will enhance our conference.

Authors are invited to submit the full paper in English through Form. All submitted manuscripts will undergo a review process for acceptance decision. Authors of accepted papers will be invited to give an oral presentation at the conference and the manuscript will be published in the conference proceeding.

The submission procedure is intended to be smooth, providing authors with an easy-to-use platform that guarantees a simple and effective experience. We actively look forward to receiving submissions that challenge accepted wisdom and develop our fields as a whole, as we strive to promote cooperation and knowledge sharing.

Paper Format: Papers submitted for this conference should be between 15-20 pages of text including figures and possible references. The authors are responsible to ensure that the submitted papers are in the correct styles, fonts, etc as stated in template format.

Authors follow the submission process to submit manuscripts. The article format must adhere to the given template. Please note that by submitting manuscripts, authors agree to reformat their articles to the newest submission template when changes in the manuscript submission template occur. Editor-in-chief approves manuscripts submitted to the conference after plagiarism check with a maximum allowed similarity of 25%. After that, a formal blind peer review process is conducted in collaboration with editorial board members and independent referees worldwide. Each manuscript will be assessed using a single-blind review by accredited reviewers. Manuscripts with minor and significant revisions will be accepted, provided the manuscript is aligned with the aim and scope of the conference. The decision about the article acceptance is entirely at the reviewers' discretion. Authors must revise their accepted manuscripts according to the inputs from reviewers. The initial reviewers will review the revised manuscripts. A list of reviewers and their affiliations can be seen on this page.

Any paper accepted to the conference and included in the final program is expected to be presented at the conference during its scheduled presentation date and time by one of the paper's authors. The author(s) of any paper which is not presented but completed final submission and is added to the final conference program will be subscribed to the no-show list compiled by committess.
